Celebrated for his elegance and versatility onstage and in the recording studio, Marzette Griffith’s sound captivates audiences worldwide via international radio airplay, streaming services, and live concert performances. Throughout his many years as an entertainer, he has established a loyal fan base on both a national and international scale. August 30th is officially declared Marzette Griffith Day in the City of Chicago and Cook County!
On August 30th, 2019, Marzette headlined the 30th Annual African Festival of the Arts. On that day, he was honored by both the City of Chicago and Cook County, Illinois, for his lifetime achievements and international contributions to music entertainment, dance, and the culture of Steppin', with his very own proclamation! Toni L. Preckwinkle, President of the Cook County Board of Commissioners, presented this accolade.
